Rudy Giuliana's 9/11 Disgrace This man is no hero. I was there that day, I was near the second tower when it was hit. I was ill for days after it was over -- completely sick to my stomach. Every time I hear a politician try to make political gains on the backs of those who died I get sick again. It's disgraceful, dishonorable, shameful and completely disgusting.
"Rudy has used the horrible events of September 11 to create a persona that is an elaborate fabrication," says IAFF General President Harold Schaitberger. "He is nothing more than a shameless self-promoter."
To help people understand how truly disgraceful Giuliana's behavior is, the IAFF has put up a website complete with quotes from FDNY Firefighters, news clips and a documentary video of what actually happened.
